Description
Jacob reached out again for the dirigible’s bow line weight as ‘white tailed’ Curtiss Goshawk BFIIc fighters from CV-3 Saratoga and ‘yellow tailed’ Great Lakes BG2 bombers from CV-2 Lexington swept by him. The ZR-3 Los Angeles airship is practicing mooring to the AO-9 Patoka dirigible tender, as part of the U.S. Navy’s exploration of the development of a "lighter than air" carrier unit, a ZRCV in 1934.
how an eagle glides through the sky, how a snake slithers on a rock, how a ship navigates the ocean, how a man loves a woman. (Proverbs 30:19)
