Only to slip the fingers cross
Realized what lost would cost
As the eyes open with tears
The lids close shuts drops
Dribbles the drips whisper
Scars run long uphill down
Across hidden some are near
As the adjust the ones can see
The truth never easy the slap in the face
Only kinds wanted with no liabilities at risk
Every turn swung a bit strolls
Blocks the wheels turn rounds
Spun a course of what life is
