Aren't those wood textures wonderful? Great shot, and I hope your visit is continuing well!
Fascinating image. The grains and textures of the chips are excellent.
What a wonderful capture. Beautiful deep colors and yet so lovely soft of all the water.
Gorgeous, Bill! I love the colours and the textures!
Great texture shot my friend
Great photo of this wood, some great colours in there!!!!
Wonderful capture of colours and textures.
wonderful image!!
Most amazing Bill!! We very seldom see things like this on our beaches in SA!!! :)
You know I love this one--all those textures and colors--just beautiful!!
great texture!
That is quite a log, Bill, great colours and texture. Cheers, Clive
That's amazing... I thought it was a shale or slate roof of some type....
Aye. Me too on the colors and textures.
Great capture!!
Great textures Bill.
Very cool, very cool.
I love macros with all their details. Excellent textures.
This is super cool...might even make a cool background for an image lol
Waltzing Matilda. Good but depressing movie starring Gregory Peck and Ava Gardner. Lots of texture in this pretty good macro shot of the decaying log, Bill. I didn't know Tara had a new camera. A Canon PowerShot?
Wow interesting shot Bill looks really interesting.. nice micro well done!!
Mother Nature and the sea had their way with this log. Love the textures and patterns. Dana
I love all the textures! This gives me hope ... :)
This is amazing...textures within textures, but unfortunately, not a woodlouse in sight. Oh well...can't win 'em all. I love the details and the interesting shapes and layers (the non photoshop kind) and the colors. This is great. Of course decaying things will always be close to my heart. They're just so much fun to photograph. Oooh, and a new camera too? Even better. I like my workhorse but he needs a companion to lighten his load...this inspires me to go hunting for one in the future. Great work.
interesting picture!!!!! Great shot!
an abundance of amazing textures, Bill, love it!
Great shot!
