Description
I didn't think I'd feel like making any more winter images for now - here in Denmark we'd already had more than our share of deep cold and "blizzards" (hasn't been like that for 15 years).
Well, anyway here it is :)
Mainly an atmosphere/lighting study, I spent hours of tweaking, now I'm quite satisfied with the outcome.
Vue 7.4 Complete render. Minor corrections, framing & signature with Photoshop.
Some items from C3D, the majority of the vegetation is by me.
Freestuff credits: "Old rotting tree" by "tablesaw" (re-textured by me).
Thanks for taking a look, comments etc. welcome and appreciated.
Have a nice day

Awesome scene - the contrast of orange sunlight and white landscape is stunning. Nice work!
This is so beautifull! At the moment it pretty much looks like this where I live. This could b a photography, really.
Oh my god... I thought this was a photo!?! Stunning picture!!.. 5 stars of course.
One word for the light: extraordinary. The distant haze is spot on as well. I normally don't like snow nor cold landscapes but for you I'll open an exception. :-)
Very seldom does one see a 3D image so realistic! Having lived in Malmö for some years, I can attest to the unusual winter landscapes in that part of the world. That's why this is so extraordinarily well done. You enrich us with your wonderful images!
Top quality set up n render, you're absolutely know how to create stunning nature scenery... Super excellent lights n distant haze like always...
