This is a traditional Swazi hut captured close to the entrance of one of the small game reserves.

Oooooh, this is stunning! I saw this when Corey commented and I remember feeling a rush of different thoughts all at once. Now that I'm seeing it again (and able to comment) I'm feeling that rush of emotions and impressions again. You've stirred up my "inner anthropologist." I'm probably a writer and a photographer because I'm an anthropology dropout or something. At any rate, this image is rich with all sorts of cultural significance: not any single culture, but of human culture in general. I love seeing things like this. The mood of that sky is amazing, and when I saw the thumbnail, the cloud recalled the shape of a rather odd swan. The hut itself is a wonderful exploration of form and texture, and a beautifully subtle contrast to the cooler colors surrounding it. Wonderful work. And it's funny, like Andrea, I read the sky as hot, or at least muggy! This is fantastic work!
