Engineer's Log:
"Before lighting up the engines, we have to heat the exhaust tubes so that the sudden flash of the controlled fission burn doesn't crack the structures, causing a massive subsurface scattering of fissures...
The gases we use are waste gases, mostly from the the crew and their all vegetable diets... I mean, it has to go somewhere....
Once the tubes have been heated, we can engage for a full run of the engines.... "

Natural gas...you are killing me, if that is not enough (crew), you can always sneak on a few cows, apparently methane from animals is supposed to be more potent ! try to catch the one, that is always illustrated, as flying over the moon ! Nice composition and scene. BB
