Excellent image and title. In one sense a single, mighty entity, who is stretching and getting ready to start the day. Yet also a million tiny beings who race across the landscape, mostly making no contact with each other. It's odd to think of so many people, living so closely together, with no knowledge of one another. All of the shells of buildings, bustling with life and cut off one from the other. Beautiful capture. Love the bright light on the details of the building on the far right. Soon the sun will rise above the tall buildings, and they will all be awash with light!
Wonderful cityscape, Mark! I love the absence of colour and the dragons' breath (novelist's observation). This really cools me down as I swelter in the African midsummer heat... Thank you!
