Just playing with lighting and textures to aim for realism - as some of you will know by now, I'm currently recording a comprehensive series of Carrara tutorials for Infinite Skills Inc and one chapter will cover the settings that I have tweaked for the skin and eyes here.
V4, Halena character by Liquid Rust from Daz3D, my own Carrara hair, HDRI lighting and texture tweaks.

Very nice realism, especially the eye reflections. I very much am looking forward to seeing the tutorials as I'm trying to push for a bit of realism myself; I think these particular settings are incredibly nice. (I'm just recently learning the awesomeness that is HDRI. :) )
