Description
Hello everyone and thanks for looking...
I'm still experimenting with the skin shaders from BagginsBill, and although I really like them, I've still got a lot to learn about it's settings. This render took over 8 hours to complete, but many of the other pictures I've done only take 30 min. Guess I'll have to keep experimenting.
The background and light effects I added using Photoshop.
What do you think? I'm looking forward to your comments, and if anyone has any tips, please let me know.

Very beautiful scene! Wonderful work!
I know you devoted a lot of time on this one Tom and it sure looks great
Hi. Nice work you're doing. While the VSS shaders are hefty, the only part that slows rendering is the node-based AO, which you only get if you're using the AO skin shader. This may or may not be necessary, depending on how you're handling AO in general and the particular poses - whether they emphasize a need for occlusion or not. Try rendering using the No_AO version and see how it works for you. If you have P7 SR3 or better, I'd be doing AO in the IBL light anyway, not shaders, so I always use the No_AO version now.
Excellent work! Love the point of view!
i guess the grass and the voluminous clouds take a lot of time to render i experimented it in bryce with volumetric athmos.
Very nice work, Tom!
