Description
Another of my old textures (take a look in the akl files from the UF formula database (hint for School Days :-)
Would you believe that all the coloured fields are squares and triangles?
The colours are a little bit dark, but there are lights in the image :-) It's not too hopeless.

It's incredible how you turned geometry into life... I love this texture, it's like some rocks you can find on Italian Southern coasts.. they are shaped in little detailes and decorated by some various colours, like a stream of preciousness around them, a kiss from sea and sun. The colours to me are not dark at all: they fit this rich piece well :) It's wonderful :) a dance indeed :)
Marvellous, Andreas -- rich and detailed, fascinating nooks and crannies; I don't find the colours too dark at all, rather there's interesting contrast, and depth.
wirklich ein tolles bild Andreas zu dunkel find ich es auch nicht, schon erstaunlich das du so was aus den squares und triangels herausbekommst .Man muschon sehr genau hinschauen um das zu sehen .
Well worth the effort Andreas.
It's not fishing for compliments... this image is much darker than my other ones. And I seldom use only one colour scheme (black, brown, gold, amber, yellow, white, with a touch of green-grey). I feared that it might be too dark a mood - although I'm not in such a mood :-)
It's not too dark at all, it has good contrast. A well achieved balance of lightness and drama. T&S
Looks like an intricate carving in aged wood. Very nice.
Texture! You're right! It's a beauty, Andreas!
Wonderfull texture and movment.
envious sighs Fantastic texturing, and the sombre colouring is very dramatic
Floating gold... I love it
Oh, I would like to touch it - it looks like brass/bronze work - it's a great piece and another all time fav :-)
Phantastic! Amazing! Toll!
very great
Hi Andreas! wow, the texture and coloring on this are fabulous - makes me think of an ancient cave painting. Love it!
This "Serious Fractaler" is no-good! All his victims should complain at the administrator for this gallery. He did it systematically and out of his illminded state of mind. Sorry for that!
Andreas, Fractal what a concept excellent work.
