This is Calou. When my daughter was 4 she created her for our Christmas tree topper. We have used her ever since. She may not look elegant, but she is loved! I love simple things. They tend to look the best to me. We hope you enjoy the simple things of Christmas such as family, love, simply being together, and remembering the love that God showed us by sending His son. May God bless and keep you all!

I have my childrens old homemade ornaments as well and we put them on the tree still along with all the others.. wonderful memories..

She makes a great christmas tree angel and she has wonderful memories for you. A lot of my tree decorations are over 40years old so I have lots of memories.
These are the ornaments I love best! Most of the things my daughter created have deteriorated and crumbled over the years (many, many, many years, LOL) and there are precious few of those left. I have some on my tree now that are created by my Godchild, thankfully she still enjoys crafting new ones for me. She is almost 13. I hope Calou lasts for many many years, so that you and your grandchildren can continue to enjoy what your daughter created.. smiles. Hope your Christmas was wonderful and filled with many treasures.
