Description
Once upon a time when animals could talk with each other, the Elephant and the Crocodile were the best of friends. They would have long animated talks at waterhole. At first they would talk about all sorts of things, but as time went on they talk less and less, meeting at the water occasionally. When they did talked, the Elephant would talk about his time in the forest and the Crocodile would tell about his time in the pool. One day while they were talking about their day, the Elephant came to a realization and said, "Say, you know, we have only this pool in common. Why do we spend so much time together? My life is spent mostly in the forest and yours is spent mostly under water." And the Crocodile answered, "You, know you're right, we have nothing but this pool in common. At first I felt it would be good to be friends with such a big beast as you because you could pick me up and crush me, but later I found you to be a gentle animal and we became accustomed to each other. I will do you no harm for I know you would do me no harm and that you could beat me to a pulp if I tried." The Elephant then answered, "You are the King of the Water and I the King of the Land, but we still have very little in common. So I will go my way of the forest you go your way of the water. And when we meet at the pool, we will respect each other." From that day they rarely talked with each other they lived happily sharing the pool ever after. Moral: Watch growing so accustom to one another that you fail to see you have very little in common with each other.

yes but even when there is little in common, great friends can be found and kept. Also, don't go so accumstomed that you take advantage of the person being there...someday they may not be
