Description

144 Nakajima B5N torpedo planes were used in the attack on Pearl Harbor. The B5N’s were carrying Type 91 torpedoes with special wooden stabilizers designed to break away in the water. The modification helped the torpedo maintain horizontal attitude in the shallow 40 foot depth. You let men ride over our heads; we went through fire and water, but you brought us to a place of abundance. Excellent work! I've always hesitated to do a Pearl Harbor scene because there are so many complex elements. You, however, seem to have used just a few to bring out a sense of surprise and destruction. <>< Jeremy

The reddish smoke looks a little strange, but good work. I like the mountains in the background.

looks great... just thought of a project for you.... a plane half in the water with the pilot sitting on it watching a dog fight in the sky = maybe rooting, maybe looking like they are losing.
