Description
This pasture and cattle look like they could be in Southern Bavaria, Germany, but they are not. This pasture is on the slope of Volcan Irazu, Cordillera Central, in the Central Valley region of Costa Rica. The elevation here is about 2,800m (~9,500-ft).
This picture was taken on 10 December 2004.

love the cows,we ghad in luxmbourg cows behind the house from a neighbour farmer. here on the costa in spain you dont see any they are more up north.
