Description
Some more forest and fog :)
With some inspiration from a photo from the web, it's an impression of a not-so-cold winter day this time.
With temperatures above freezing point, fog and mist will appear when the relatively warm and damp air meets the frozen ground. This kind of weather, alternating frost and thawing, is quite common in my country (Denmark) - or it used to be, at least - not so much winter here any more.
Vue 7.4 Complete render, a few corrections, framing & signature in Photoshop.
All objects & textures by me.
Thanks for taking a look, comments etc. always welcome and appreciated.
Have a nice day
- Lars

man, this is superb work from Vue, excellent! Very impressive "smooth" (high quality) render. I will be seeing this kind of weather where I live for the next 4 months :)
most excellent image well done
always perfect!!!
Not so cold... are you kidding? My African blood is freezing, just looking at the image. Stunning work - reminds me of the time I spent in Canada (I loved it...)
Excellent work, looks indeed VERY realistic, bravo!!!!
I can almost feel the dampness! Nice work.
Superb looking textures and light, wonderful render
A beautiful winter scene. Very nice work on the atmospherics and textures!! Bravo!!!
Amazing - looks so very real. I of course know just that weather, I can almost feel the damp, chilly feeling, when the temperature may be above zero, but it feels cold. Fantastisk realistisk dansk vinterdag. Dine træer og planter ser så utrolig ægte ud :)
WOW! Fantastic render!
Awesome realistic scene
Excellent work

Very nice scene.
very nice render, gives me chill bumps
Wonderful piece Lars. Love the snow materials you made and the snow covered wood to the left. Brilliant.
This is just wonderful! Your pile of cut logs is perfect :)
Wonderful :)
Excellent work Lars
Fortunately this kind of weather doesn't happen where I live. Although it's beautiful to watch as an image, I really don't like snow and ice in real life. Your work is superb, as always. Very realistic, great lighting and great vegetation. Your attention to details never ceases to amaze me.
great realistic work!
Masterful realism! Everything looks like a photo, wonderful details - love the logs!
Excellent work!
wow, Lars, this is a stunning real and natural render... excellent!
WOW! I would have sworn it was a photo! I can almost feel the dampness in the air. This is a remarkable work!
It really looks like a photo, great job. So, how is Vue 7.4? I have it, but haven't used it much. Is it buggy? Stable? Better than Infinite 6?
