Description
This was shot on a beautiful warm Autumn day..For some reason, I decided to take away all of that, and change the mood entirely. Do you ever look at a shot, and it tells you what to do? We all have to decide if we want to alter the original. There are times when I look at a shot I took and say, "leave this alone" or "this needs to be sepia" . I believe that our photos at times, have a life of their own.

Si d'aventure, m'introduisais-je sur le chemin...
Very nice
b/w was an excellent choice to show the shadows
This is a nice, soft b&w scene but I can still feel the sunshine coming through.
Well done in B&W! Awesome on this!
Oh I agree - it was exactly like that with the portrait of Kayla I have uploaded yesterday... It just said to me... I should be B&W... This is fantastic and the B&W adds so much more atmosphere Bruce! Well done! :)
I like this shot in B&W very moody atmosphere
Oh, this is great. So mysterious. Superb work.
very nice....
Wonderful image, it has a great mood to it.
beautiful!
I agree with you my friend. One just get the feeling sometimes to create something special as you did converting this to B&W.
I know my shots have minds of their own. When I look at this its like those moon-lit shots in the old b/w movies. Great feel.
Excellent black and white photo!!!
You made a good choice with the B/W! Outstanding photo! :)
Great monochrome!!!!!
wonderful looking here
Agree with your words below this excellent, woodsy image. I don't know what it is, but there are times when an image just says, "Leave me alone, or make me B&W, or I want a couple of filters." Darn mouthy images...but they are usually right:-)
I love the title...fits the image perfectly...it must have been hard to desaturate this...looks awesome though.
