water, when captured right, always make a fine image.
An image to think by:-) Gently lapping water of the sound I presume. Three posts or what's left of 'em. Makes me think of other things in threes, such as Mark Twain's 3 lies: Lies, Damned Lies, Statistics; or the 3-monkey philosophy: Hear no Evil, See no Evil, Speak no Evil; or Ezra Pound's 3 poetic modes: Melopoeia (sound), Phanopoeia (image), Logopoeia (meaning) Time to go to bed...I'm running off on a tangent here:-))) A superb photo!
Oh how wonderful. It has an ominous feel to it but I love it! Great image my friend! :)
Nice peaceful capture of the lapping water.. very nice..
SOO Beautiful Tara. Lovely colors and I like the simplicity in it.
Bella immagine marina ! Marine beautiful image!
Oh, you know I love this one--simple and full of motion!!
Beautiful but a bit melancholy. The ruins of someone's industry.
Simple. The composition is wonderful! Threes on thirds! Clive
Perfection! I could stare at this pic for ages.
Special, well done.
What an eye for great shots!
This is a swell picture! Nice one
Very dynamic scene, the water against the old wood post. Excellent shot! :)
Beautiful image. Water is a fasinating subject you have captured a scene that could tell so many stories.
excellent sea pic
Excellent capture! :)
cool and wonderful
First thought..the never ending rhythm of the sea....
wonderful shot !
The title made me think of the lyrics of Lorenz Hart "Thou swell! Thou Witty! Thou Grand!" The image with its melancholy air, and the ebb and flow of the waves makes me think of "Dover Beach" by Matthew Arnold. The ragged three posts also fits his theme of religious doubt. Beautiful and evocative image!
Hmm, looks familiar; great capture!
The timeless movement of the sea is always mesmirising. A lovely capture.
Love it!
Real Chill-out waves but they wouldn't the end of a love movie.
This is gorgeous. Those lonely pilings remind me of "the three brothers" which are these three rocks one of Victor's friends took a photograph of. This image is pure, visual poetry, and it reminds me of a kind of wordless haiku. That's always a fantastic thing. I love it when art crosses media and genres and transforms into...this kind of wonderful stuff. Art, yes...but something more as well. I love this!
Wow, this picture is really swell, I like it........ok......... I love the texture in the water and the slight reflections. Great shot.
Sea! Beatiful.... Need add no more really... Thanks, Tara! Rob
beautiful view!!
