superb shot, very interesting little guy!
Great capture and composition. I really like the almost abstract effect you've achieved. Nice greetings for you.
marvelous picture!!!!
Great Shot Bill getting the guy to work for peanuts eh Lol!!
This is outstanding!
Sterling color, composition and textures in this closeup capture, Bill! A far cry from "Polly want a cracker?"
Awesome shot :) Looks like his eyes are red too
How super he looks with all his lovely details. He would be a favourite with me too.
Very nice!!! I did tell you I'd seen one once pick up a whole hazelnut, shell and all and fly away with it, didn't I? I would have loved to see how he actually opened it.... : )
I love the nut. As long as I live, I will never see this bird without thinking of you!
Awesome capture!!
Super pic, Bill.
I'm with Tara... this bird will always be associated with you Bill! They can just as well change its name! Wonderful capture with the peanut in the beak... Bravo! :)
Spectacular capture my friend. He is feeding you in return. Dana
He is well ahead of fashion out here - plenty of similar dyed red hair on humans around here. Not that I am saying they are nuts, of course.... Cheers, Clive
He is just gorgeous, and I'm sure he knows it!!
Beau et gourmand à la fois !
The birds that visit you Bill, are so trusting, must be very calm in your garden. Lovely picture.
