What a beautiful rose and wonderful painting - excellent work and dedi
I'd say somethng in Danish, but unfortunately, I don't know Danish (yet!) This is a fantastic image. I can't decide if it's hand-made and modified, or completely digital. It doesn't matter, because it's pure and organic. I love the colors. It reminds me of colored pencils, tweaked a little bit digitally, but colored pencils (or crayons?) nonetheless. Fantastic work! And this is also a beautiful birthday dedication.
Yes Chip, I better tell, that this is made with exactly what you guessed. Watercolor pencils and this time it is made with the real colors and not the complementary colors. Only I gave it a very gentle touch of milk glass effect. Then edge effect and framing.
Really lovely! isn't Chip clever..not just a great writer! We too have 'sour' weather..that describes it perfectly!
delicater watercolor (or watercolorpencil?)
