Fantastic image!!
You do get around Bill!! Great image and I love draw bridges! I photographed the smallest working draw bridge in the world in Bermuda!! I should upload it!
Memories of summer! wonderful!
Lovely place and lovely scene. I really like the lighting it seems to fit the scene very well, with the boat leaving and the evening coming on. Beautiful!
This si really cool all on it's own. Great shot!!!!!!!!
Love this pic, would have love to see the boat in full sail.
Lovely Bill nice shot of the draw bridge and sailboat, Think this looks good as it is.. well done!!
Beautiful lighting in this, like it a lot!!!
Nice to see Perkins Cove again! The Ugly Anne was the first ship I ever went deep sea fishing on....and I got SO sick...even with Dramimine...and no one caught anything, so there was no reward for it, LOL.
Sensational clarity and lighting effects in this stellar capture of Perkins Cove, with the boat, the water, and environs, Bill!
I recognized this place right off. I worked many years ago at the Cliff House a little way from here. Thank you for sharing.
I think this couldn't be anywhere but Maine. What a beautiful scene! I love the "nothing" you've done to this. Wonderful image!
Awesome shot!!! Love the name on the boat "ugly Anne".
wonderful shot!!!!
Ohh weel so close to home...lol Great picture Bill:-)
great capture!!! Love the light!!
spectacular shot!!! why don't you show us some of the amnipulated shots?
Very calm - has a peaceful feel to it. Cheers, Clive
Cool, i like the "welcome" feeling it gives. (you are right about filters, often simplicity is better)
wonder if anyone has every hit that bridge before it went up...cool shot!!!
Great Bridge
A great scene and it is funny how the original is usually the best.
most of the time I prefer the original and it would be hard to improve on this
This is gorgeous and inviting, and does incredibly well without the use of filters! I love the open, airy feeling of this as well as the reflections on the water, more like jiggly shadows than anything. Wonderful clarity and crispness, and the design of the bridge is interesting, the way the hinged parts are away from the shoreline. Well seen!
So wonderful homely looking, Bill, what an inviting place!
What a fine compo to show the workings of a small New England harbor. Steven King's home town, too.
Great capture!
Maine! Gosh well there we go.. Looks fine.. So original turned out best, did it? I have found that as well, once or twice... lol A fine shot Bill... Rob
Great scene!
