lookin' good, Wappen: the fractal stone texture on the walkway and moat wall has to go, though. Maybe try increasing the frequency and moving to 2-3 octaves instead? Also the tree bark needs a little more contrast: try lowering the ambient a bit.
Well Done, I thing it was a stormy day...
The castle is perfect Wappen. Perhaps darken the gray/brown walkway and rescale a small amount? Always amazed at your terrain modeling.
