Really elegant form of transportion, and one of the few antiques at the show.
Awesome headlights but puny taillights.
Price when new: $1,750.
So, no excuses...BUY THIS CAR!!!
As is my postwork policy in such cases as auto and air shows, I usually blur the background because there is so much stuff out there to distract the viewer from the main subject matter.
Toodles, and thankx for tuning in.

Unfortunately, this must have been one of the last years for Auburn. A great car but a tough market in 1934. Wouldn't it be great to see a family tree on who owned this car from 1934 on... Wonderful collage...sharp, crisp photos all!
Great shots of this magnificent car. The Auburn is a class act and it shows in the fit and finish of this immaculate example.
"Excuse me Sir, could you please pass the Gray Poupon?" lol Sorry first thing that came to my mind when I saw these...lol Excellent looking old piece of machine...excellent:-)
Are they shipping it to Australia?..lol. Excelent old timer collage. Great shots from all angles. Maybe the tail light simple but look at a front, full show!
Great shots of a beautiful car!
wonderful shots
Classy classic car! Nice collage, wish cars still cost that much!
Superb capture.... Aloha
Fantastic shots of this beautiful oldtimer. Fantastic details.
Excellent shots of this elegant beauty!
Excellent clear shots of this beauty! I love the location of the spare tire and the horns. Agree the taillights are somewhat lacking.
Great collage of this sexy old gal Harry! She sure is a beauty and I for one wouldn't mind owning her! :)
Very awesome shots. Cool.
A stunning piece of machinery! Just a fabulous looking car, its one to be noticed in around town, for sure! Wonder how much it would cost now!! lol Great shots, Harry... Rob
It really isn't narcissistic of me to choose this, because it attracted me for a reason: One, the car itself which is an absolute jewel; and two, your usual full array of captures & lights & curves & shades that accompany your car montages. Hard to believe the price, though I know that was a lotta money back then; and what a fantasy to wake up and go to a car dealer and see 50 of these on the lot, as if they couldn't get rid of them! You made the right choice re the background, there's simply too much light in this exquisite beast to allow it be inundated with anything around it; and your usual cleanness does great service to the beauty of its lines, not to mention its strange proportions—something bill spoke so eloquently about in his comment in my gallery—its clearly compartmentalized sections (the way the head lights are "attached" rather than blended into the whole for example), and the wonderful swerves & great frontal presence of the thing: Car photography from someone who knows car photography. And a beautiful creature to capture. A fine montage too: It was a ton of fun deciding which view to use; you gave us your usual multiple views. A real beauty, I have to move on (as there are still many galleries I haven't visited even once yet), but in the days ahead I'll be returning to get other shots too. Love the capture Harry.
