Description
This lovely clematis was growing in someone's yard in Chicago, and I raised the camera up over the fence to get this shot. I did it in plain sight, though, and wasn't trying to fool anyone, so ...
SNEAK FACTOR = LOW
I haven't given you a sneak factor lately, but I haven't really been posting any sneaky shots, either! :P
Enjoy the mental image! LOL!

Oooooh...this is gorgeous. I like the twiddles in the middle, they're so sharp, so well defined, and the colors are wonderfully subtle. Funny how pistils and stamens become twiddles...but then, all sorts of things come oozing out of my head at times. Anyway...this is gorgeous. Low sneak factor or not, your efforts paid off, and I love these little details of Chicago: little intimate bits that could be anywhere in the world, but they're here. Nice. Very nice, indeed.
Ottimo scatto , ben composto e colore reale ! Excellent shot, well composed and real color!
That's a very pretty Clematis; I've never seen one like this. I would have snuck too!
Beautiful...
Well, you snuck it in on me--I never even saw it!! But it's a great shot, love the sweet color and detail!!
Stunning, great lighting for this opportunity as well! Well done on grabbing it! The shot that is...! Cheers, Clive
Amazing picture Tannie! Well Done!
Gorgeous flower. Lovely color scheme. Looks a bit droopy though. Excellent image.
OH YEAH! This is so delightful Tara. It smiles to the sky.
A delicate beauty.
Knowing that in general, you were walking about in a concrete jungle, where did you find somebody with a yard in the high-rise area of Chicago? Sort of reminds me of the old novel/movie/stage play, "A Tree grows in Brooklyn". Except that this is a beautiful, lavender clematis. Very nicely composed...I, unfortunately would have never seen this if I was by myself. I continue to be amazed at the different things that catch different photographers attention. I am reading a new book on photographic vision...I may learn something:)
Oh this is marvelous Tara! I just love the color and the detailed naughty bits! Sneak factor or not - this is spectacular! :)
Nice shot and low snaeky factor is sometimes good depending on the neighborhood!
a very beautiful clematis!!!! Wonderful picture!
beautiful delicate flower
Excellent shot, very beautiful flower!
Great find and shot; bet there's nothing left of petals on this plant now!
Wow! This is fantastic!
Wonderful shot!
The colour and the light is perfect!I love the focus and your point of view is superb!
How pretty! The petals drape like a full skirt. I have given up my sneaking to get shots now. I simply walk up and wait for someone to tell me to go away or for them to release the hounds on me... LOL
beautiful flower and shot
This is a great shot and wow really nice detail.
A very nice long distance find....
I wouldn't have been able to resist this beautiful flower either. A super shot.
Outstanding macro, details and color. I haven't been caught sneaking yet but you have to understand that I live in an over 55 community. No dogs to chase me either. Dana
Like your sneak ratings, lol. Excellent capture. Aloha
Hi Tara May glad to see the sneak factor as it does make me smile wonderful capture warm hugs and love, Linda Kaye
Beautiful shot...old man winter hasn't got us yet...and I hope he doesn't hit us to hard.
