Description
Actually, this was inspired by the song "Where is Love?" (Oliver!) that they played after the show "Mad Men" tonight. Toss in a bit of Halloween, and this is what comes out of my head. I promise to get on with more serious work again, but I love this time of year. Have a safe, healthy and happy Halloween and if you don't celebrate, all best wishes for the week ahead!

Beautiful and touching scene!
really sweet work ..perfect for Halloween
This one is just adorable Cathy and just what I needed to see this morning :)
Lovely and whimsical holiday creation,Cathy!
There is no serious work - ask a mad man... and as for "all dressed up and nowhere to go" I have been in this space suit for years now and not once has NASA ever asked me to join in their exploration of the Universe. Not to worry - I'll just go on exploring my bit here and there (the Universe isn't just out there, you know)... and look what I've found! This is one of my favourites now. I think it is you at your very best - extremely good posing, expressions and composition. I like the flat lighting too, there's something very right about it.
Excellent image!
Really nice image. Great character, pose and lighting! Very well done.
Lovely little seasonal piece of art. Really cute.
A lovely Halloween scene that you have created beautifully.
What an adorable scene!!!!!
Very sweet scene and a lovely holiday spirit!
This is utterly gorgeous Cathy! Your background sets the perfect mood, those skies are fantastic! I love that house on the remnants of the ancient tree, and the way the stairs to the house spiral around the tree is perfection. The remains of the branches add just the right touch of spookiness. I think the pumpkin patch is wonderful, as are the corn stalks. The cat is being so empathetic to the poor little witchkin, who was left behind when the grown-ups flew off. She has such a sad and wistful look on her face. Just wanna reach out and hug her! A marvelously tender scene!!
This is a such lovely scene! Great expression and pose. Beautiful background. Excellent work.
Here's hoping that the Great Pumpkin will turn into a big black carriage and whisk this youngster off to a fine masquerade ball where she'll meet an evil prince and live hauntingly ever after... Cute image. Who needs "serious" anyway?
Beautiful halloween scene my friend, wonderful work love it.
Happy halloween... love you holiday pictures.
