Description
Well the weather has been non-cooperative regarding my house project. The steady rains have let up but we have gotten some rain almost every day for about a week. The temp has also dropped about 20 degrees from what they were last week and now, day time high temps have only reach about 50F. Brrrrr, lol.
While sitting on the back porch during one of the downpours yesterday, I noticed a group of about 9 Whitetail Deer as they fed and meandered along the far edge of my pond. There were about 5 does and 4 adolescents. The young were enjoying the rain it seems because they were running and jumping and and playing chase. I watched for about 15 minutes until the rain gradually slacked off and stopped. The rain was too hard and the light was to little to get a usable shot during the downpour but I did manage to get a couple of shots after it stopped. This is one of those.
