Remember the teahouse at MooseRidge?
(Oh sorry ... did I forget to mention there would be a test later?) LOL!
Anyway, these candles are from that trip. It's hard to believe that was three months ago!

COOL PICTURE
Three months and I'm still enjoying the pictures.
Very lovely candles! I love candles including those that you can burn! Love the good luck coins on them
I like these very much. They have a rustic, handmade look. Nice image.
Oh Hun - I saw this in the thread and loved in! In the larger format here I love it even more!! Wonderful array of candles and you did a fantastic job capturing it! Just stunning my friend! Test? Oh dear... lol...
Another fine composition from MooseRidge. Didn't most teahouses have paper walls in Japan? As beautiful as these candles are...there is something uncomfotable about open flames and paper walls:)
Oh no, where's my book, I have to study!! Even so, I can take a minute to rest and enjoy this gorgeous, peaceful shot. Now, back to the books, thank you very much!!
I do so love the dripped wax of candles. The colours are very complimentary. Must be a special place, MooseRidge! Have a great weekend, Clive
A very beautiful shot Tara. It looks so nice with candles.
Small but beautiful! All is well arranged and the dripping wax give the candles live! Looks very good.
These people at Mooseridge surely know how to do stylish living! something I shall never manage myself, so it's wonderful to see these pics.
Ohh these are beautiful....I love candles!! Awesome :-)

Ooh, I love tea houses. There's one in Prague called Šiva--you just pronounce it Shiva; it's named after the Hindu god) and it's full of wonderful candles like this. You can smoke shisha there, get awesomely good vegetarian food that never exactly fits what you see on the menu, and since the staff there, my friend Tomas included, don't speak much English, service tends to come with improvised sound effects. I mention all of this because it's full of candles, but I've never photographed them, despite photographing Tomas a lot. Oh well. This is a wonderful, cozy and relaxing shot. I can almost smell tea brewing! Great work.
The colours are great and I love the way the wax runs.
I love tea houses and candles. Well tea and candles in general. Very nice shot.
Nice candles...I've started making my own from my recycled candle wax...I've also have made a hags taper out of a mullen plant...take and drip wax all over the stock and then it's a torch...made in medieval times.
Beautifully arranged and photographed Tara!
Beautifully posed picture! Great colours and I DO remember! Ha! Rob
Nice work!
