That's a LOT of birds. Any idea what kind they are? I don't know if you noticed, but I think that is a Hummingbird on the plant on the bottom left.

OMG an amazing shot but I think I would freak out, I saw this a few times on holiday but I doubt it was this many!!!
Fascinating...I wish I could have seen them...swoopng and swirling. Never have seen a flock so big. Read in a book once that the beautiful synchronised flying of bird flocks is a resultant complex behavior of the simplest directive...fly close, don't touch, nothing more.
