Good eye for composition- the fact that the road isnt centered or going to the center point for the area disappearing to the horizon gives this some serious class. The vignetting on the edges combined with the sepia tone really gives the feeling of an old style photo.
'On the road to nowhere'...looks like the right inspiration for a country song, love the sepia-feel... Cheers BB
I like the pov and tone. Only thing I might change would be to crop out some of the sky to give more emphasis on the road.
My wife gets a magazine from her mom, Reminisce it is called, full of old photos from the 50's and some earlier, some later You have caught the essence of nostalgia with this photo with excellent point of view and color choices.

This is a great image, Bruce. Wonderfully done ... you've captured so much in such a deceptively simple piece! This really grabbed me.
I like the way you create a vision in the distance with your lighting effect. Sort of makes me want to barrel along the highway with you.

Good idea to do it in BW. Looks very oldfashioned and reminds me at the times of the "great depression". Looks just a John Steinway novel....
