I am off to London in a week and hope to get some equally excellent shots Dana, how crisp they look!
Nice shot showing lots of detail in the black areas! That guardhouse looks like a remake of Dr. Who's telephone booth.
great picture!!!
Super cool shot Dana!! :)
NIce photo. Love the window in the main building. The uniforms look good from the front. The tailcoat looking thing on the back of the one guard detracts quite a bit from the uniform.
EXCELLENT!!!
I feel sorry for these blokes, they have to stand still for hours!!!!!!
Thats really cool ....only seen shots like that on T.V. !
Great capture Dana!

Great tradition. Again, you've captured the essence Dana. Neat.
wonderful capture!
Great Britain at it's best, we love tradition. Well captured. A bit of info for those who might want to visit...... The Household Division is made up of seven Regiments. These comprise: The Household Cavalry Regiment The Life Guards and The Blues and Royals; and the five regiments of foot: The Grenadier Guards The Coldstream Guards The Scots Guards The Irish Guards The Welsh Guards These are some of the best soldiers in the British Army and have fought in virtually every major area of conflict with great distinction since the 17th Century. They also take an active role in protecting their Sovereign; at night they patrol the grounds of both Buckingham Palace and St. James's Palace. The Guard Change at Buckingham Palace takes place at 11:30 daily from May until the end of July and on alternate days for the rest of the year, weather permitting.
nice and interesting shot
