I've been trying to figure out who this character reminded me of. Today I remembered. She looks the spit of an actress who appeared in the movie 'Independance Day' aka 'ID4'. Ths actress played an air-head dancer who went to the top of a skyscrapper and waved a placard at one of the alien ships floating overhead. She got fried when the ship fired its primary weapon.
