Fantastic capture...bravissimo!V:DDD.Hugsxx
I can still smell the smoke:) Well done.
dramatic capture of a devastating tragedy. I was in Tasmania, fruit picking in the 70s and their were similar scenes near Hobart and when the fires were at their worst, ash was falling on Melbourne. alanwilliams
It is very interesting to see what returns first, and it can be different species in neighborouring areas. Is that so with your area too?
impressive shot!
Sad to see all that burned brush but makes for a great photo!
Its so true - long after the fire is over and even after the seasons change, the smell hangs around in the dirt, the rocks... it is haunting. Great shot.
dramatic...
such a tragedy ...but life will prevail
Indeed life will return.. Trees? Not in mine or your lifetime... If they were man made .. They should tie the culprits to a pole and set fire to them... Except they won't.. slap on wrist and sent home to Mom... Rob.
Outstanding capture my friend.
