Description
Captured just outside Walvis Bay in Namibia in March this year!
Although these tracks are well used and the rail system in Namibia is very important for the transport of goods to and from the harbor in Walvis Bay, the tracks disappearing into 'nothingness' gives me a feeling of desolation - of going nowhere slowly!!!!
Thanks for the click and have a wonderful Wednesday!
Hugs, Carin xx

Carin...I'm not sure how I did it but I am already three days behind on visiting your gallery...argh. Railroad tracks are always fascinating to me as they disappear off into a vanishing point.
a really excellent shot Carin .. !
I agree with you.. Just that sort of feeling with me too... But, a wonderful picture.. Colours.. outstanding.. Rob
Great POV instead of standing between the tracks and shooting down the tracks into nowhere. This side view also gives us a view of the Namibian landscape. Very well done. Dana
Great capture Carin. One can see similar scenes here in the Southwest!
A beautiful shot with a great point of view. It's elegant with only two colors, yellow and blue, it makes a clean and organized layout. Very well done!
