Description
The Vaimahutu Waterfall is one of the three Faarumai waterfalls along the Onohea River Valley on the East Coast of Tahiti Nui. The second fall is a further 5 minute walk and the third requires an additional 30 minutes. It is winter and the dry season in August here in Tahiti so there is not too much water. During the rainy season (October/November to March/April) there is much more water and it is possible to bath in the pond at its base.
