COOL SHOT
Quite cool. My 26 year old son Josh and his friends who have been raised in the high-tech world find it good fun to go to Goodwill and other haunts to find the old 35mm's which are now sadly giveaways and then scrounge up some black and white film. They shoot railroad tracks and factories and other earthy cool stuff and they have WAY impressed me with their results! There is nothing like good old black and white film photos! Cynthia:)
Un po' come tutte le fotocamere analogiche A little 'as all analogue cameras
Great image. Since my re-awakening to photography I've been digging through boxes that haven't been opened in thirty years. This reminds me of that stuff.
Wow! A black body Canon FTb! My first SLR was a silver body FTb. And I still have it in pristine condition.
Superb idea and shot!
I can feel the coolness and the weight in my hands... I had one similar and I loved it while I had it. I've has so many amazing cameras in the last 50 years... wish I had kept a few around. :-)
Cool..
Brush the dust off and put it to good use! Great shot!
a nice shot, well done, masterpiece of camera.
FANTASTICA JOYA.
Many of us has a modern canon, wonderful to see something old of the same kind.
I use to have an old pentax but not as old as this Canon. excellent in sepia
I've a large collection of dust catchers!
Great shot, well done.
It's good to see history in the making and developing, that's progress ! Cheers BB p.s. thanks for making my 'Black Frangipani' a FAV.
My first was an AE-1..still have it....
Good memories. In the days of film, who would have ever dreamed that digital would come along and absolutely replace the old medium? Great shot.
We tend to be captivated by 'new' technology but some of my best images were taken with a 1956 Canon rangefinder and black and white film. Maybe I'll start using it again.
I have one or two as well I thought I would keep them until they become collectors items and sell them for megabucks.LOL
perfect compo and nice hues :-)
with Canon you can, nice still life & framing
So pick it up and start taking great pictures -- while it's not too late... :)) Great picture!!!
Nice shot, I like what you did with the photo. I used one much like this in school longer ago than I'd care to think. These were great solid cameras, reliable and sturdy. Love your shot, it brings up lots of memories.
My first was an a Canon AE-1. It's still around though a bit banged up. Nice shot!
