Description
I went to a balloon festival last Saturday for the very first time.it was unfortunate that the wind did not cooperate and they were not able to fly because it would have took them toward no fly space around Dallas for balloons. I counted 29 balloons.

VERY creative perspective!!
Cool baloon. We have festivals with them here.
What a shame you didn't get any aerial shots Richard. Glorious color! Steve :o)
Nice capture and nice colors Richard. I like your new avatar too!
Great color, and I love the unusual POV.
Very impressive shot. It reminds me one of the very first digital pictures done in 1988 by Sony with their ProMavica MVC-A7AF prototype, years before that the digital cameras become popular: http://siecleinventionphoto.elcet.net/gallery_pages/page_20.html
