Description

(More "bug comic" stuff) This is another image of Bryan Kim, here doing his summer job--he's a grad student at the University of Ellesburg, and doing a insect survey of Newton--the little normal bugs, not the "big bugs." He belongs to the other big group of modified humans, the Mer, who were designed to be both underwater construction workers for the Azali.. and walking med kits for the Aer. Here's the paste link for the previous related image: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1947919 The University is huge, so Bryan hasn't met the contract students of the Bug Patrol..I mean the Insect Abatement Team;) He's met Frank, getting permission to trek around on the safer parts of the old Azali base to trap little normal bugs. Here he's taking notes on what bugs are hanging around Lindholm's Grocery and Cafe, (some Bombus and a Anatryone Logan) Lindholm's is the only place to buy food in Newton (and where Dawn's donut came from). The little kids follow him around bugging him to wiggle his ears. He told Frank he was having a blast being able to wander around anywhere safely, though he wasn't used to being stared at. Frank said that Bryan "was probably the first Asian guy the kids had ever seen." Bryan's texture is still He-Ra-Za's Viktor, though Poser decided to lose a lot of his original created morphs from the Pz3 file, so I had to paint them back in. The bugs are based on ones from my backyard, and the butterfly bush as well. Advertising poster in the back is a render of Little Miss Lotta by SaintFox. This one;) http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1858955 Clipboard is the cutting board from Mapp's Apothecary Set;)

A most excellent work of art! This character is very nice to look at. I don't know how you saved him from your previous image of him, but sometimes, when you load a file back into poser, you have to re-apply the character's body morphs. I haven't had that happen with M4 yet, but I know it used to happen to David and M3 all the time. Just a thought. It might apply in this case. Have a great day and happy rendering! Thanks for sharing you wonderful talents here with us! I greatly appreciate the priviledge!

I want to see him wiggle his ears too! Can he wiggle them enough to fly? This comic has taken on a life of it's own. I love these cliff hanger episodes. They keep wondering what in the world is coming next. Outstanding work Lynn!

Excellent work Lynn. I love the detail you put into it and into the story line. I can see the kids following him around, begging him to wiggle his ears. I'm liking this story line, patiently waiting for more. Well maybe eagerly is a better word. :)
