Description
Early morning, before the rest of the boats get out and stir things up. It's still quiet on Donner Lake and my favorite time of the day here.

A most inviting pic.
Sitting on the dock of the bay watching the tide roll away :)
Something very poignant about this one; well done!
I love hanging out on a dock. This looks like a lovely place to chill!

Beautiful capture, The calm of the morning how lovely, well done.
A wistful, wonderful, right-down-the-middle shot of the wharf and accompanying rippled reflections, Marilyn!
Lovely shot! Beautiful golden reflections from the opposite shore.
Great shot I love the lighting and the stillness of the water. Waiting for a ride hey. Ok I'll bring my life- preserver, let's go. LOL
Give me a pillow and I'll just stretch out on this little dock...been doing a lot of being just plain lazy of late:)
Would love to take a ride on that boat or at least set up a nice chair for a relaxing afternoon!
That boat just needs to meet a fisherman, wish I was there haha, nice capture
a wonderful shot of this early morning feeling at the lake so peaceful...I would like to sit sit down and relish in the wuiet morning feeling
even in tranquil morning waters, there is light & power, and you captured it here. A simple shot, I'm glad you left out the sky (it emphasizes the all-presence of the water), and the boat is a wonderful break of the symmetry. Simple & eloquent and so well seen. I've been on lakes like this & this is just how they feel early in the morning...
