Nothing seemed right
Guilt wronged me

When grasps needed held
Smiles were not too much
The time was lost
A grain of salt can take

Did listen and redirect
The thoughts that swirled
Realized you cared
Smile and have
No need for attitude
Bad does regret
Life what happens
In our lives teaches
Lets us decide
What will swallow up?
Bitter lessons
Learn hate or love
The choice is accept
Or changes wither
