Description
Les Jardins de Métis/Reford Gardens, at Grand Metis, Quebec, host the International Garden Festival. Launched in 2000, it ranks among the leading garden festivals in the world, and presents temporary gardens at the cutting edge of garden design, landscape architecture, design and environmental art.
In the work 'Poule Mouillée' (Wet Pool), by a group of Quebecker artists, water dances to the choreography of garden sprinklers, activated by movement sensors, creating a space in perpetual movement colored by the orange umbrellas. This installation takes roots in the collective memory, reminding us of spontaneous childhood water games, with 66 sprinklers that remind us of the residential garden.
I tried to capture the fleeting moment of beauty and joy that this splendid installation gives to both the casual performers and the viewers. How to seize the instant of this interactive masterpiece? Two Quebecker teen-agers played a kind of fashion show for their parents during a rainy day. They giggled in the rain from the sky and from the sprinklers.
I don't know whether this interpretation of a jolly instant, which was THE WORK OF ART in itslef could be seized in the dance of the orange umbrellas of my collage. In a way this is a follow up of yesterday's musings.To you the hard sentence.

Comme pour Goggle Earth où en jouant avec la profondeur, ob peut examiner des batiments de biais, ici votre appareil a mémorisé automatiquement, la perspective de votre vision, qui écrase les personnes les plus proches dont on ne voit que l’ombrelle, et qui permet de détailler en haut de l’image, les invités sous leurs ombrelles. Donc c’est un EXCELLENT cliché de foule, surprise par la pluie, au lieu du soleil !!! MAGNIFIQUE reportage !!! The interest of your plate, comes from the physical position which you had at the time of taking assistance. As for Goggle Earth where by playing with the depth, ob can examine batiments slantwise, here your apparatus memorised automatically, the perspective of your vision, which crushes the closest persons whose sunshade they see that only, and who allows to itemise in the top of the picture, the guests under their sunshades. Therefore it is a VERY GOOD crowd plate, surprised by the rain, instead of the sun!!! SPLENDID report!!!
