Hi,
I tried to model wings for this guy but they looked rubbish so I resorted back to the paint them in version as I was getting bored with this.
I wont be doing any more to it.Thanks very much for the suggestions during the making and I tried to implement some of the agreeable (lol) ones in.

Calum, He turned out amazing beyond words. You have a talent worthy of being jealous of and worthy of being animated too. I absolutely think you did a top notch job. And just so you know about a year or more ago I nominated you for Z-brush Artist of the century at Z-brush(no not a real contest but I still told them I thought they should use your art for their box). I am glad to see you did some more work to this model's texture. Yes demon or vampire, either way, he turned out simply marvelous...and truely horrifying. The glimmer of his skin, the shape of his fangs, shimmering eyes, bone and muscle structure under his sinewy skin are very well done and though fantasy, his mysterious story calls to me because I know nothing about his story. I am perplexed by one additional thing. He must be a male, but since he is missing the anatomy, he does not project complete male-ness, so I would think a loin cloth, ripped fabric draping his male vampire-hood or some anatomy fix of some sort would be interesting. Perhaps he is not male at all but vampires must be seductive to the opposite sex so since he does not have breasts I have to wonder. Great job and I hope you take him a step further. 100 stars!

Calum, Forget the loin cloth, forget the genitals, he rocks just as you have envisioned him. There is nothing that emanates from him, nor you could put on him to make him appealing to anyone enough to seduce them :) You have captured the vampire in his basest, truest form...the monster as he was created in the imagination long, long ago. I envision this form as he would look when threatened.....it reminds me of the quote from Brom Stoker's Dracula...."Look what your God has made of me" Superb!

He needs to get to a tailor .. or a shoemaker and get those leathery wings patched up, LOL!
