Description
This was a wonderful portion of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, near Montrose, Colorado. These really are quite spectacular. Whereas the Grand Canyon is, well, grand, it is not nearly as dramatic in its vertical surfaces as Black Canyon. Each of these canyons has a great deal of charm in its own right. Enjoy.

Absolutly wonderful and stunning! To have something near camera in this type of views is always effective, I cannot understand that it is not used more.
