Description
These pieces are the end results of blending a background by an artist many of us know very well from the 2D gallery and a plane of mine from the photography gallery. Do ZOOM.
Mark (anahata.c) posted Flight Into the Dawn on August 6th.
I posted Night Flight on August 8th.
After enjoying Mark's Flight Into the Dawn to the max, I asked Mark if he'd send me a night version that I could use as a background. He did and here we are...
We bounced this upload back and forth once each applying an adjustment. This is my first real collaborative project, not counting a number of earlier efforts that have been improved by suggestions from other Rendo friends.
Hope you enjoy seeing how this came together.
And a special thank you to Mark for allowing me to use and abuse one of his fine art works:-) I just had to see his "Flight..." from behind the windscreen of my B-58 Hustler.

cool....!
So to Bill and Mark. Thanks for getting together and producing this fantastic work. Dana
well, fratello, my image was fun to make, but your placement of it & your amazing light on the plane are all yours; and I'm happy just to be part of it. When you sent me the original—nearly 90% of the upload—I marveled again at your light on the plane, how you isolate it from its original setting without a hitch, I mean without a dot leftover from the background; and how you filter so subtly as if the plane 'came' this way. That's the real accomplishment here. (Man, your recent transformations of planes are just terrific!) And then you shifted my image to the left, took a portion of it & flew your plane into it on an angle: beautiful transformation of my image, and a beautiful pov. I'm faving this not for me—let it be known!—but for you. Mine was another swirly thing (lol) but yours is a beautiful vision. Really fine work, Bill. I'm open to collaboration anytime, especially when it's this easy for me, lol! The b&w is a fine contrast too.
wonderful work!!!!!!!
Oh, wow, Bill--this is absolutely spectacular!! You and Mark have created something so great, so beautiful, there just aren't enough words to go around. I LOVE this!!!
No matter where I look, I'm seeing double. :) Very nice integration.
Oh my dear(s) this is absolutely stunning! I knew you two were working on something, but never gave a thought as to what it might be. I saw this and said, "well of course!" Mark's original image gave me a feeling for what it must be like to sit in a cockpit, and your B-58 is the perfect choice for this piece. Full view is astonishing. Congratulations to you both!
Just Superb work the both of you, Excellent!!
Brilliant result! Two great minds at work!
Fantastic collaboration!!

Excellent work! :)
Very Science fiction! Reminds me of a film called 'The Final Countdown'.... But that involved an aircraft carrier... Cool effects... Interesting the way you two made it work.. Top marks! Rob.
Hey very cool....I like your work here...the cool part is how different the same piece can turn out to be with a little (sometimes allot) playing around in programs. Well presented!!!

I like the b & w ..gives it that sci-fi mystical feel
Now we know what happened to all those planes and ships that disappeared in the Bermuda Triangle! Stellar cooperative effort between two artists of Remderosity in this project, Bill!
