Wonderful painting Helle!I love to see the leaves falling down.I love autumn so much!!
Wonderful painting indeed. I like it very much!
I agree with the comments, and it's fitting you posted this during a child's visit, because this is a magical kingdom. Your mushroom paintings feel like illustrations for fairy tales and magical tales. And you do have lots of browns (Tara), and you've got some blue-violets in the mushrooms & leaves to, and I love the free-hand way you paint in background mushroom & plants, the free way with the grass, and your wonderfully 'bubbly' horizon where the plants are almost sprinkled on, so freely and like a dance. These watercolor closeups of nature are just delights. I can't tell you how much I like them!
Gisp!! Vidunderligt.
I enjoy it, but not so much as your sunflowers in a vase. Perhaps it's a question of texture, that you could render best with thinner brushes or add some color pencils after applying watercolor, when the paper has turned dry. Because unfortunately I do not use watercolor, I cannot go further to suggest you how to do.
