Definitely a specail look. And the blues in the sand are fabulous.
SNAKE! Ooops, no sorry, stick.... LOL! What a great shot, I love the sand texture.
Ooo! that pretty sand.
Thought it was a worm..or something like that from TN. Cool capture and presentation!
nice shot...
I love the curves in the stick against the hills in the sand. Wow. Gorgeous!
sweet shot x
Wonderful shape and textures in this 'stick in the sand' image Marilyn! You did a great postwork job too!! So, you say the surfing is great.... Boy, am I jealous!!!! :)
Elegant composition!! The sand has the colours of a certain type of shot silk.
Nice capture, Glad you got that shot before is scurried away you never know with sticks.. lol Yes the sand looks almost as impressive as the stick.. Excellent work!!
What a great shot and title mazzer, well done you!
nice one
awesome!!! warm hugs, Linda
Capital contrast in this stellar capture of the serpentine stick, Missy Maz! Yes, it does look a bit like a snake. Plus, terrific multicolored sand texture!
Thumbnail caught my eye and I had to add this to my catch-up list. The title is humorous, the stick interesting and the grains of sand fascinating. I bet walking barefoot along this beach feels great.
before I comment, it's nice to see bill here from before his surgery, and so nice to know that he's doing so well now...anyway, a very basic, almost zen shot, and like tara says, a curved stick along sand curves, playing off each other; and all those alternating lights & colors in the sand. Very basic, the kind of image people would use for meditation. Fine piece of work, Marilyn. Very 'minimalist', but your hues are anything but!
