Description
Like everyone else I was trying to get photos of the killer whales. They stayed slightly ahead and to starboard of the 'Star Princess' while we were cruising north in the Tongass Narrows. This picture was taken from deck 14.
Deck 14 was ideal for observing the scenery because one could easily go from side to side and almost the entire length of the ship without difficulty.
This picture was taken on 26 May 2009. Zoom will bring you a little closer.

that must bee incredible to see! On our Honeymoon Cruise, we saw a Whale's water spout and just breaking water, but it was a LONG way off..... These are beauties! Rob.
