Description
Kansas City, Missouri as seen from the top of the 217 foot Liberty Memorial Tower south of the downtown business section of the city.
ZOOM for full effect.
The four cardinal compass directions are shown along the top of the panorama to orient you concerning the direction of your line of sight. See North (N), East (E), South (S) and West (W).
I have shot and assembled panoramas covering an angle of 180 degrees before. This was done to see what a complete 360 degree panorama would look like.
The pano was originally 6000 x 650 in size. Rendo's maximum size however is 4000 x 4000 necessitating reducing the final product to approximately 4000 x 500.
Thanks for stopping by and all your wonderful comments and favorites.

Fantastic pano Bill!
wow Bill, amazing work, I wish I would be able to do a pano like this...smile
Very impressive and creation.
yes I know what that 4000 x 4000 limitation feels like, lol, even I come up against it sometimes. And yes, this would be even more exciting in the 6000 x 650 version. But it's still amazing, and again kudos on your work to achieve it (and for including cardinal points to orient us). When panoramas began, they were probably for novelty as much as anything; and no doubt the viewer oohed and ahhed to see that strange phenomenon of a city that repeated itself at both ends (is it possible, people asked???). But of course you've gotten quite a bit of detail & sweep, and that hazy blue background created by atmosphere & smog. A nice cloud-laden sky too, and nice proportions of sky to land. This is a fine series, or semi-series, your panoramas of cities. And it's nice to have a 360 every so often to see just how large a major city's sprawl is. Thanks again for your effort: It paid off.
WOW!!! Super seamless pano my friend. Awesome detail in ZOOM mode. Dana
