Description
I have captured this image at the Walter Sisulu Botanical Garden here in Johannesburg back in the summer. It is really a stunning garden and this waterfall is natural and a huge attraction. They also, with much success, have a breeding program at the waterfall for a pair of Black Eagles. Black Eagles are, as far as know, on the endangered species list! You can see their droppings on the cliffs and if you know where to look, also their nest! On this day we did not spot the eagles though!
Thanks you for the visit and for your very welcome and valued comments and favs on my upload of the Vervet Monkeys yesterday!
Stay well!
Hugs, Carin xx

Amazing pov. The ppl looks so small.
Did zoom and found the nest. Nobody is going to bother them up there. Outstanding capture. As always - great POV. Dana
Everything about this is just gorgeous. The many levels of the water, the massive rocks--an awesome shot, Carin!!
O well, I would'nt even try to spot an eagle at a place like this, especially with the love of my life with my.... ! It's a stunning shot Carin! XX

wow a beautifful capture and soo great and good colors thank you
Très jolie photo!
A lovely scene Carin!
Fabulous shot!
I love this. The colors are superb and crisp. The waterfall is so incredibly graceful, just small enough to be beautiful, but large enough to hold a healthy measure of nature's normal grandeur. I love the iron oxide color in the rock and the POV is perfect for giving a sense of scale, both in relation to the humans in the picture and in relation to the impressive rock face. Stunning work!
Wow that's really gorgeous. Outstanding capture. :)
