Description
I captured these Vervet Monkeys a couple of years ago in the Kruger National Park here in South Africa! (Still on film, hence the graininess!!) I have posted an image of the due soon after joining RR where the little guy is actually nursing! As I was going through my old images I thought this one might also be worthy of a place in the galleries! Hope you enjoy it!
Thank you for popping in for a visit and for your very valued comments and favs on my 'Strings of Gold' upload of yesterday!!! Each one of you is special to me!!!
Take care!
Hugs, Carin xx

A family portrait unparalleled in the history of the genre, Carin, plus a splendid often overlooked frame to encompass it! The pair were most gracious in letting you photograph them. This is really stellar considering it was originally a film shot. My film to digital conversions mostly come out blurry and full of noise.
I am falling behind again:-( Great portrait of this lovely family! I watched a special on Namibia this past weekend and a segment today on the lady there that takes care of the cheetahs (I didn't realize they are endangered and by farmers no less!), I love that chirping sound they make and I was so jealous that she gets to love on them!!! (((Carin)))
Outstanding capture. I am jealous, that you don’t have to go to a zoo, to get great photos like the ones you post. Very well done Carin. Dana
Definitely today's awwwwwwwwwww!!! Awesome pose!.....which makes me wonder how you got them to do that!!
What perfect capture, love the little one.

Top Notch Carin!
Fantastic image.
On FILM!!!!! Going way now! (It seems!). Another quite stunning picture. Cute and great details too... decie is quite right!! Watch out for the 'nudity' thing... They seem to be ...erm... over keen!!?? Rob.
I always thought that Vervet monkeys would make intriguing aliens. I love their facial expressions, especially the juvenile ones. They're always so inquisitive! Great details on this, and fantastic color. THIS is most definitely a favorite.
Awesome capture! Love the look on their faces.
Awww, this is sweet!!!
Carin this is a fantastic picture of these two.
yes ... I see the resemblance =)
