Description
One late afternoon this past summer I saw this web. It was deep in the undergrowth of some huge shrubs. Needless to say, I just loved how the late afternoon sun painted the web and crawled in as far as I dared and shot off an obscene amount of images! This was the one I liked best! The architect and builder could unfortunately not be seen... (The way I feel about spiders, it is probably a good thing! *grin*)

Classy...your photographs always have that little something extra...this has that unexplained "it" factor.
OMG, what thick web strings those are, or is it the lighting that gives them such heft? Ultra stellar POV and contrast against the dark background in this superlative capture, Carin! And the arachnid architect/builder was probably lying in wait for any unsuspecting prey.
