I'm not sure if this is a fledgeling from this spring or perhaps a yearling, but he is certainly a younger Tufted Titmouse rather than a mature one.
Not the prettiest perch he chose, but you work with what you get.

I've never seen one of these, and am so glad that you've captured this sweet animal and presented it in the way you have.
